Massage (manipulation of tissue for circulation and relaxation) is a tool for promoting holistic health. When done with knowledge, presence, and care, it may improve wellbeing at the levels of muscles, connective tissue, skin, bone, nervous system, mind, spirit, and/or soul.
Perhaps you seek massage to relax muscles, calm the mind, improve circulation, and increase body awareness. Or maybe you need targeted bodywork to address specific pain, holding patterns, restrictions, or unbalanced alignment. Whatever is needed — I tailor each session individually to best address the health of the body-mind energy system.
Mike has been practicing massage since 2018; he graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute, Davis, California in 2019. He is certified with the CAMTC as therapist #87084.

You’re amazing, really intuitive… it’s super rare for me to find a body worker that can feel the energy. —B.
To supplement my massage practice, I have been practicing tai chi since 2019, initially learning under Kejie (Tina) Duan, national master gymnast and Beijing Sports University graduate. I also practice yoga, and hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification (currently working toward 500-hour certification to be completed in May 2024).
I also enjoy working jobs in forest restoration. I graduated magna cum laude from Humboldt State University, Calfornia in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Forestry/Conservation. When employed for the U.S. Forest Service, I have helped with silvicultural projects on the Lassen and Eldorado National Forests.
